The provisional ballot will solely be counted if the voter offers the correct evidence of identification to the administrator of elections or the administrator’s designee by the shut of enterprise on the second enterprise day after the election. An elector who doesn’t provide the required identification shall obtain a provisional ballot. Provisional ballots are counted provided that the elector offers identification to the county recorder by 5 p.m.
